“I recently purchased a stair stepper with resistance bands to primarily target my thighs and it exceeded my expectations. Steppers are easy to use, even for beginners, as they are very easy to pedal. With really minimal setup, you can start using it right out of the box. One of the best features is the option to use resistance bands or not. Bands allow you to get a comprehensive workout that targets your thighs and arms. You can still get a good aerobic session without bands, but the thigh resistance won’t be as intense. […] Being able to be creative with your movements keeps your training interesting. I especially like moving my hips from side to side, which also helps my lower back. This versatility makes exercise more fun and less monotonous. […] My stepper isn’t particularly noisy. However, I try not to use it late at night, as even minimal noise can be loud in quiet environments at night. “I purchased this stair stepper on August 19, 2024 and I have to say I am very impressed. It comes fully assembled, but adding resistance bands is very easy. It is well made and easy to use. When you go on vacation, take it with you!! It’s an effective leg workout that gets your heart rate up, burns calories, and works up a good sweat. I have other monitors that I would like to use, so there are monitors that I am not familiar with yet. To be honest, I want to get rid of the monitor, so I wish I could do it!! Today is August 20th, 2024, and I have only used this stepper 6 times, so I will be using it in a month or two. I plan to come back and rewrite this review. “I saw it on TikTok and bought it! I live on the 23rd floor and cannot go for a walk within the confines of my living environment (which is not safe). I haven’t been able to do it. I end up not adding arm straps because when I walk here I use the weights I already have to lift. This machine is also great in combination with ankle and arm weights. I like it because it’s very easy to use because you can adjust the load. You can either walk here for a short time or watch a movie or show while walking. Depending on your form when walking, you can target different areas such as hips, buttocks, abdomen, thighs, and calves. Some people complained about the noise, but so far there have been no problems. In my case it was very quiet and I didn’t notice it was producing any heat. I live on the first floor, so I don’t really have to worry about it, but if I live on the second floor, I think I can use it with peace of mind. “I saw this machine on tik tok and it had such great reviews. I didn’t really get it, but it’s tik tok and we all know how that happens , I also didn’t know about purchasing through the tiktok shop. I found it on Amazon, and it was a little more expensive than what was advertised on TikTok, but I didn’t mind because it was safer on Amazon and it arrived quickly and wasn’t as heavy as I expected. , it fit perfectly anywhere in the house. And the best part is…baby, I tried it and it was a workout. It felt like I was completely climbing the stairs at the gym, but I was also training at home while watching shows and checking emails, so time passed by very quickly. After about 10 minutes I started sweating and felt my heart rate increase. It arrived right out of the box, so I didn’t need to assemble it. All you need to do is attach a resistance band.
