Miley Cyrus is not one to wear sneakers much, and even wears heels to the gym.
After changing her outfit five times for the 2024 Grammy Awards and parading around in vibrant dresses for years, Miley Cyrus is no stranger to any fashion feat. Her bold personality and natural feminist leanings have quickly turned her into a style icon, inspiring others to power dress in the most quirky and risqué ways. And this doesn’t stop on her days off either.
The former Disney Channel star wears high heels on the sidewalk and at the gym. W Magazine The “Flowers” singer, who appeared on the cover of Pop Issue, revealed the surprising shoes she wears while working out.
“My mantra, like every athlete, is ‘Practice how you perform,’ so I practice in heels,” Cyrus explained. “The gym looks really tough, but I wear these ivory Gucci slingbacks because they remind me of Marilyn Monroe.”
She continued, “I mostly train in high heels. A lot of the training equipment is ugly, so I’m interested in feminizing the training space.”
Still, her “performer look” isn’t something she wears every day. “I wanted to say today that I’ve completely stepped away from cross-dressing. I definitely have a persona, an expanded, fully realized version of myself that I bring to the table as a performer,” the “Wrecking Ball” creator said. “But there’s also a level to my life that is very intimate and sacred and private.”

Silas has ensured that the organization continues to evolve and grow, just as he has grown personally.
“Happy Hippie speaks to the 18, 19, 20 and 21 year old fans I started, but now I’m renaming it the Miley Cyrus Foundation so the platform can foster a more adult conversation,” the activist said. W Magazine.
Cyrus added, “Happy Hippie isn’t over, it’s just growing. In fact, the Miley Cyrus Foundation is the mother foundation of Happy Hippie. I call it the ‘mother foundation.'”
Elsewhere in the interview, Cyrus said that growing up has changed her perspective and how she approaches her daily routine: Now, the sitcom star isn’t a snoop.
“I like being an adult. I have a rule that I never look up or down on anyone. Just look and you see the world as it is and people as they are,” she confessed.
Her new mantra is: “I am a woman.”
