Tulsa, Oklahoma – Both Nathan Cox and Michael Ross won their first matches on Sunday, followed by a Vanderbilt men’s tennis match in the qualifying draw for the ITA All-American Championship at the Michael D. Case Tennis Center.
The former won three sets for the third time in two days, advancing to the final round of qualifying, where he dropped another three sets of decisions. The latter needed a tiebreak in the third set of the first match of the day, dropping to the eighth seed in the bracket.
Jeremy Casabon also gave Dores the win in the consolation match.
