“I mean, look at those kids. I have to pick them up and chase them. I’m exhausted,” said Traynor, whose son with husband Daryl Sabara will be 4 in February. They talked about Naru Riley and 17-month-old Barry. “They come to me every training session. They come at the end.”
Trainor previously told PEOPLE that he wanted to get in shape before departing on the Timeless Tour, which ends in October. “I want to work out and eat clean and feel good when I dance and sing,” she said. “I don’t want to be so irritated. Because right now I’m irritated.”
The “Been Like This” singer revealed that she doesn’t exercise every day, saying, “I’m not crazy.” Instead, she says, “I try to do weight training three times a week. I never knew weightlifting would change my life so much. I lost it.”
