And after debuting a bulky physique over the weekend, Harrison Boone seems to have transformed his physique since hitting fame in Married At First Sight this year.
The 32-year-old father of one was spotted shirtless and in black shorts and sneakers working out with his buddies at a popular outdoor gym on Bondi Beach on Saturday. .
The Sydney Merchant looked bigger than photos taken prior to her MAFS appearance. He also worked as a topless waiter at hen parties.
His Instagram is flooded with shirtless selfies from years ago, showing just how much he’s changed.
A sweaty Harrison was seen doing a variety of exercises during her workout, including pull-ups, bicep curls, and dumbbell chest flyes.
While working out, he wore sunglasses, giving him a decidedly Terminator-esque look.
Interestingly, he was also seen wearing the silver wedding ring of his TV wife, Bronte Scofield.
In between exercises, Harrison was seen chatting with a male friend.
Taking full advantage of Sydney’s scorching summer weather, the two men were later seen hitting the beach and splashing around.
Taking off his shoes, Harrison strode proudly across the sand, showing off his pumped-up physique.
The two were also spotted grabbing an acai bowl at a nearby cafe and eating it while settling in the grassy hills of Bondi Beach.
At one stage they were intercepted by a group of fans asking for a selfie.
Harrison graciously obliged, grabbing a fan’s phone and posing arm-in-arm with his friend on the sidewalk.
