Mark Wahlberg is known for hitting the gym first thing in the morning, but now the actor is taking his fitness to a new level.
July 21st, departure The star, who normally documents his daily 4am workouts, posted a new video to Instagram showing his insane 2am gym session on Sunday.
“My week starts on Sunday 🙏 2am 🥶 @Local Government “🏹📈💯 Get a head start 🥶🔥,” the 53-year-old captioned the post, praising his athleisure clothing company.
In the comments section, fans couldn’t believe Wahlberg had started training so early and praised him for his dedication.

Though Wahlberg always seems dedicated when it comes to working out, he told People magazine in February that there are times when he doesn’t feel like hitting the gym. “I feel that way more often than I’d like,” he said when asked if there are times when he doesn’t feel like exercising.
but Family Plan The actor said staying healthy and intentionally taking on difficult challenges is important to his lifestyle.
“I don’t want to miss out on anything, because if, by God’s grace, I slack off or I don’t play or I don’t put in the effort and I don’t get the results I want, I know why. I don’t want to live with that regret,” he said, adding, “I always feel good after a game and I just go and play.”
“You start off slow and then before you know it, you’re up to 12 and having the best workout you’ve had in a while,” Wahlberg continued, explaining that his gains in the gym are the result of his strong work ethic.
“But the hard work that I’ve put in has always been the reason for my success,” Starr added.
