In early August 2023, Hicks, who lives in Nashville, Tennessee, weighed 295 pounds when she discovered the carnivore diet. Since then, he has consumed only animal products such as meat, eggs and dairy products.

In February, Hicks shared a video On TikTok, he explained that he had consumed over 2,000 eggs in six months. The video, which has been viewed 706,800 times, shows Hicks holding a plate of eggs and several slabs of butter.

“Believe it or not, every time I eat it, it tastes better than the last time,” he says.
