The 27-year-old plays rugby and used to frequent the gym before lockdown started and he was stuck at home.
He said: “During lockdown with my girlfriend, weight Because I can’t go to the gym anymore.
“I used to love working out and staying fit, but I couldn’t during the lockdown when all gyms were closed.
” weight I started piling up. I didn’t see any friends or family, just stayed at my girlfriend’s house and mostly ate and smoked. ”
Nithun added: “When I was driving to work, I welcomed the accident and hoped I would die.
“I wore the same clothes, the same big jackets, and avoided seeing my friends to hide myself. I finally decided that this was not the way to live.”
After two weeks of despair, he decided he needed to turn his life around and, starting in mid-February 2021, he slowly modified his diet, stopped smoking, and exercise.
Three years later, he’s built a body straight out of Hollywood and earned his personal training license.
He explained: “I bought resistance bands, a bench, dumbbells, a barbell, set up some mirrors, put down some rubber flooring, got a boxing bag, and slowly started getting back into my daily life.
“My main motivation was myself. I started taking photos of my progress and posting them on Instagram.
“It’s been consistent for me for three years now. I’ve never taken more than a week off. I feel great and I can’t imagine going back to that lifestyle.”
“I was grateful in a way because it gave me the push I needed to step out of my comfort zone and prove everyone wrong.
“I don’t even know who that guy is anymore.”
