This is exactly what happened to one of fitness coach Yatinesh Nirbhavne’s clients. His transformation story has taken Instagram by storm.
In a recent post, the coach detailed Omar’s fitness journey, which included losing over 27 kilograms in just four months. Additionally, Omar also shared information about the three fat loss diets he ate to lose a lot of weight.
“Introducing Omar. He lost 27 kg of fat in just 4 months. Weight on day 1 = 95 kg, weight on day 120 = 68 kg Duration: Total fat loss was 27 kg in 120 days I’m Kilo,” he wrote in the caption.
According to her fitness coach, Omar once weighed 95 kg. I followed a fat loss course and lost 27 kg in 120 days, or about 4 months. My current weight is 68kg. Omar followed two sets of fat loss diet programs, including three different meal replacements, provided by Yatinesh to achieve dramatic changes.
