Lizzo posted before and after videos on her official Instagram account, as well as a video of herself working out at the gym.
The musician, who uploaded the comparison video, claimed that the before and after looks “are both fantastic.”
In the “before” video, she wears black underwear that accentuates her curves, and when the video cuts to the “after” footage, her toned physique is clearly visible.
Lizzo told her 11.7 million followers that her new look is the result of “five months of weight training and calorie restriction,” and dismissed claims that she chose the infamous Ozempic to fuel her weight loss.
“I choose repair over resentment,” she wrote, adding, “I comfort the child inside me who didn’t get what he needed. While you can’t go back to the past, you can change your life by centering your happiness in the present.”
