Interested in joining behavioral health and substance use disorders services in your community? Then Lewis County is looking for you.
The Lewis County Commission has announced that it is looking for new volunteers to serve 1-3 hours per month on the Great Rivers Behavioral Health Administrative Services Advisory Board.
The Advisory Board has a three-year term and includes representatives from Cowlitz, Grays Harbor, Pacific, and Wakeiacum counties. Board meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and meetings are held virtually.
Part of the duties of Board members is to provide comments on plans, budgets and policies to the Great Rivers Board. Identify resources for people with unmet needs. Provides an opportunity for people using behavioral health services and their families to voice their comments and concerns.
