Legislators need to stop practicing medicine

The legislative referendum 131 wording is downright offensive and I think there are good reasons to vote against it. Women don’t “banish” their babies. they give birth In our history, we won’t need this kind of language forever. Especially when there are already state laws prohibiting the “intentional, willful, or negligent killing of premature infants born alive.” Our legislators must stop practicing medicine without a license. How does a state force a parent to waive the right to decide on a child’s medical care on the day of admission? Pay for hospital bills for hospital stays? Our legislators are less important than any other Montanan. They have even lost respect for their outrageous behavior.
