This is the second year the event has been held, following last year’s sold-out event that attracted more than 4,000 participants. Get ready to explore every corner of the innovative and ever-expanding world of kosher! You (and your appetite) have access to hundreds of food brands, cookbook authors, influencers, and experts all under one roof. You are invited to a big kosher festival.
This first-ever foodie festival, known as Kosherpalooza, is hosted by Fleisigs Magazine and Powwow Events and will be held at the Meadowlands Expo Center in Secaucus, New Jersey on May 30, 2024 (10 a.m. to 6 p.m. )).Tickets are on sale now www.kosherpalooza.com
The full-day extravaganza is packed with events such as a Chopped-style cooking competition, cooking and mixology demonstrations, wine tasting classes, exclusive book signings with renowned cookbook authors, and informative panel discussions. Visitors are also welcome to interact with top kosher creatives and influencers from around the world.
Of course, it wouldn’t be Kosherpalooza without eating every bite. With a wide range of exhibitors in attendance, from restaurants and forward-thinking startups to the traditional brands your grandma grew up with, expect an endless supply of products from across the kosherverse.

The lineup includes renowned kosher cookbook authors and influencers Miriam Pascal Cohen, Melinda Strauss, Isaac Bernstein, and Gad Elbaz aka Chef Gaston (yes, you read that correctly!). , Ahva Gottdiener, Mika Siva, Sol Dining, and more, all of whom will appear. cause a storm A CHOPPED style contest where chefs and influencers compete and judge.
