You probably don’t have one in your fridge – in fact, you probably don’t even have one in your fridge – But kohlrabi Arguably one of the healthiest, tastiest, and most versatile vegetables.

Besides being healthy, kohlrabi belongs to the cruciferous vegetable family and is one of the healthiest vegetables in existence, along with cauliflower, cabbage and broccoli.

There are several reasons to start including kohlrabi in your diet.

Kohlrabi is low in calories but packed with vitamins and minerals, including vitamin C (half a kohlrabi provides 50% of your recommended daily intake), vitamin B6, calcium, and potassium.
