Kim K Trainer Melissa Alcantara in One-Piece Bodysuit Asks “Yay or Nay?” — Celebwell

Health and fitness influencer and trainer Melissa Alcantara is asking her fans what they think of her workout wear. Alcantara, known for training girlfriend Kim Kardashian, shared a selfie of herself posing in front of her mirror wearing a black one-piece bodysuit by SECONDLEFT. “Is a dress good or not?” she captioned the post. “You look like a Marvel character 😍,” a fan commented, profusely thanking Alcantara. Here’s how celebrity trainers can take care of themselves while taking care of others.

Alcantara wakes up at 4 a.m. every morning and starts her day by drinking coffee and reading a book. Living a Conscious Life: Meditate Daily on the Toltec Path Written by Don Miguel Ruiz. Alcantara practices intermittent fasting, which means he doesn’t eat his first meal until noon. “I like to fast during the day because I tend to eat more late at night when I’m especially hungry.” she said CNBC.

Alcantara trains Kim Kardashian from 6 a.m. to 8 a.m., then heads to the gym to do his own workouts. Her typical workout is one hour of strength training. Instead of doing rigorous cardio at her gym, Alcantara walks as much as she can. She said, “I usually train my legs twice or once a week or once every three days.” she said CNBC“But it’s the same thing every week. I try to walk 10,000 steps every day. That’s most of my cardio.”

Alcantara is a big fan of resistance band workouts. “Actually, I have a few bands of my own.” she said what you know. “I love them. I’ve tried so many bands in my fitness career — imagine — but I love bands. [in] In any form. You can create your own tension. It’s a good idea to have a set of short and long bands so you can do a variety of things. Learn, watch, experiment and be creative. And don’t just wait for someone to give you an answer. ”

When Alcantara breaks her fast, her typical meal is fish or chicken with vegetables, beans and rice, or eggs and toast. “I’m Dominican, so I want to carry on my culture.” she said CNBC. She drinks up to 1 gallon of water daily. “It seems hard, and you’ll probably spend more time in the bathroom than anywhere else, but you’ll get used to it eventually. Drinking plenty of water is one of the best things you can do for your body. She is one.”

Alcantara’s advice for people trying to stay motivated with fitness is to have a buddy to hold you accountable. “Most of the time, people ask me that. It’s like, ‘How do you motivate yourself?’ So, I’m like, ‘Okay, again, I’m going to call my friends and say, ‘Hey, right now. Let’s do this workout right now.’ So if you say, ‘Let’s do this workout right now,’ you’re more likely to do that workout together.” she said what you know. “You don’t want to let your opponent down, you know what I mean? I think one of the biggest problems you face is not having someone to train with.”
