Keerthy loves fitness. She loves variations in her routine, but she also loves yoga. This time, the actress gave us a peek into her yoga session and left us mesmerized. The actress nailed Sirsasana perfectly and that too without any support. She posted a video of herself attempting a perfect headstand in a lush green field. For those of you who don’t know, Sirsasana is considered the “king of yoga poses” due to its incredible health benefits. It can improve her body’s concentration, balance, posture and reduce the production of stress hormones. While sharing this clip, Keerthy wrote, “The beauty of seeing the world upside down. Peace of mind. Thank you Ashwin for helping me find this height from within! It made sure my head was spinning. I loved staying, relaxing and working out in this beautiful property that felt right at home.”

When Keerthy Suresh said she loves variety in her fitness routine, she meant it literally. Earlier, the actress posted a black and white photo from her session at the gym. In the click, Keerthy can be seen trying to do push-ups. Wearing an all-black athleisure set, Keecy opted for a fitted tank top, shorts and sports shoes. Alongside her photo, she wrote, “We have arrived at our destination,” and ended it with two hashtags: “push-ups” and “fitness.”

Prior to this, Keerthy shared a video of her yoga session. In a video shared on her Instagram, Keerthy is seen spinning around in various asanas. The clip begins with her ace, Baddha Konasana, and quickly moves into Parva Sukhasana. She also tried Upavistha Konasana. While sharing the video, Keerthy Suresh wrote, “Amidst all the noise, tension, stress, confusion and all the other hectic pace of life, this is what calms me down and brings me peace of mind. May the good vibes flow. , keep bending!”

Keerthy Suresh is truly setting the fitness bar high with her regime.
