Kate Ferdinand revealed that while it might seem overwhelming, her exercise routine actually helps her stay calm throughout the day.
Sharing waking up around 5am every morning to do an hour-long workout, the 31-year-old former TOWIE star admitted it relaxes her “manic life.”

The former Geordie Shore star, who appeared on an episode of Vicki Pattison’s podcast “The Secret To,” said to Kate,
“Very good, obviously I’m all for women supporting women, but I look at your Instagram and think, ‘Look at that c**.’ You look so good!” What is Bod Lass? A baby is born!
Kate, blushing a little, thanked the presenter with a smile, explaining:

“I like to look good. I’m not going to lie, but mentally my life is very crazy, so that time in the morning calms me down.”
However, Kate added that she tries to stay healthy and take care of her body from the inside out, not just on the outside.
But I’m working on something completely new. I started taking care of my body from the inside out. I feel like everyone wants to go to the gym all the time and get their hair done to look good, but I’ve started trying to take care of myself internally – I feel like that might help .
The star went on to detail sharing her workouts with her fans.

Kate and her husband, former England professional Rio, often share snaps and videos to their respective Instagram accounts while working out in their luxurious home gym.
The former reality star recently welcomed Rio and almost two-year-old son Klee — and is also stepmother to his three children: Lorenz, 15, Tate, 13, and Tia, 11.
And to show the whole family getting involved in fitness activities, the couple recently shared a video of Cree watching her parents during a morning workout.
In the clip, he appears to be having the time of his life, holding on to a gate placed behind him for safety reasons and imitating his mother and father, jumping and jumping.
