While promoting Zwigato in Aaj Tak’s Seedhi Baat, Kapil shared how lonely people can be despite being loved by many. He said in Hindi: Nor are we in a situation where we can go out and have a normal life where we can sit on the beach and look at the ocean. You live in his two-room apartment and when it gets dark outside in the evening, you can’t explain how bad you feel in that situation. “
Kapil eventually got out of that stage and now believes that “nothing is permanent, neither happy nor sad”. But after his film failed, he remembers thinking about ending his life. I thought no one.Mental health is not something to discuss where I’m from.I don’t think this was the first time I’ve gone through this phase.Maybe as a kid I was feeling depressed. It must have been there, but no one would have noticed,” Kapil said.
However, upon recovering, Kapil considered it a learning experience. The actor said, “When you go out to make money and you’re single, there’s no one to take care of you. To make things understood, do people around you have ulterior motives?” You can’t know, especially if you’re an artist, but when you go through that stage, you start to notice what’s going on around you, your eyes open, and the artist is sensitive Even that doesn’t mean he’s stupid.”
He continued: If that stage hadn’t come, I wouldn’t have learned to enjoy the little things in life. “
Nandita Das’ Twigat, also starring Shahana Goswami, hits theaters on March 17.
