ST. George — A nationally known nutritional supplement company based in St. George has announced that it will resume its normal shipping schedule after a brief suspension of operations.
Balance of Nature was forced to temporarily halt shipments of its products late last week after entering into a consent decree with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration regarding labeling requirements for dietary supplements. In a letter Tuesday, the federal agency acknowledged that the company is in compliance with the law and relevant regulations, allowing the product to resume distribution.
“We are pleased to share that we are operating at full capacity,” said Rex Howard, CEO of Balance of Nature. “We are excited and ready to meet the growing demands and expectations of our wonderful customers. Ensuring our customers receive their orders quickly is our top priority, especially during this busy holiday period.”
Balance of Nature is best known for producing premium nutritional supplements made from natural whole foods. The company offers ‘Fruit & Veg’ and ‘Fiber & Spice’ products designed to support a balanced lifestyle.
Despite the suspension of operations for several days, the company said it was able to successfully navigate demand and logistics complexities to ensure customers received their orders within normal delivery times.
“We sincerely thank our customers for their patience and continued support and remain committed to providing the highest quality products and superior service,” said Howard. “Wishing everyone a Happy Thanksgiving and Merry Christmas.”
Balance of Nature is encouraging customers to take advantage of normal shipping and processing times by ordering early to avoid holiday rush.
