In his new book, the action star reflects on how his expectations of looking muscular and healthy meant he committed to a diet plan that targeted significant fat loss in a short period of time.

“During [six weeks]could only eat 6 ounces of unflavored cereal each morning [170 grams] For lunch, have a bowl of unseasoned boiled chicken breast, and for dinner, have 4 ounces of unseasoned steamed fish with green onions,” Lee wrote.
