Jennifer Aniston has a few tricks up her sleeve to maintain her looks while balancing her “80/20” lifestyle.
In an interview with Allure, Aniston, 55, explained that she knows how to have fun while prioritizing a healthy lifestyle.
“It’s a beautiful way. A beautiful martini is always a great way to relax. You have to live your life. There are no limits. Except for hard drugs. It’s an 80/20 approach,” she said. Ta.

Aniston was asked if her “20s” are like pizza, burgers, and martinis.
“Yeah, pretty good,” the actress replied. “We and our friends are good at having fun. We’ve been doing it for 30, 35 years.”

As the Friends icon grows older, she practices positivity and gratitude without seeing aging as a negative.
“I mean, we’re still here. What’s the alternative? I try not to think about getting older. I try not to think about age. The world will always tell us your It tells you what age is and what a woman should do. What happens to society when you’re this or that?” she told the outlet.
“I think we understand how sensitive people are. We’re like, ‘Okay, if you say this is going to happen at this age, that’s what’s going to happen at this age.'” But you’re probably wondering, “Who makes those rules?!” Do muscles weaken as we get older? No, let’s make our own rules. ”
In an interview with People, Aniston explained that before her morning workout, she starts her morning off with a specific drink.
“I drink ARMRA colostrum first thing in the morning with room temperature water and a whole lemon squeezed in,” she said.
Aniston also admitted that she doesn’t believe in “no pain, no gain” when it comes to working out.
“That’s not true at all. In fact, you can get the benefit without the pain,” she said.
Aniston’s biggest advice when it comes to exercise is to find a workout you really enjoy.

“All I can do is try to do my best. I meditate in the morning, I stretch before I go to bed. I’ve been working really hard on my sleep hygiene, and I hate that word,” Aniston told Allure.
“I can’t stand ‘sleep hygiene.’ I’ve been trying really hard to get into bed at 10 p.m. on weekdays, turn off everything, and just sit there and wait for the world to come at me.
“I’ve tried to deal with that challenge myself. Some days people are great and on point, and other days they’re not. I’ve learned that I should try not to be so hard on myself. I strongly believe that because the world is like this.” Now it’s very mean, very aggressive and negative. So why do we do that to ourselves? ”

Aniston explained that they have a “really difficult relationship” when it comes to sleep.
“I really want to love it and I think it definitely wants to love me. But we’ve been having a hard time, especially the last 10, 15 years,” Aniston explained. “It’s hard to shut down your brain, and it’s hard to tell a committee to stop speaking. I had to shut off the news. I had to give myself boundaries with information. You know what I mean?”
