In a recent video posted to YouTube, Cutler shares the “ultimate cardio” routine he follows to prepare for the “Fit for 50” challenge.

Jay Cutler first came to prominence for his stunning physique as a contestant in the IFBB Pro League Men’s Open in the early 2000s. He displayed an amazing combination of extraordinary muscle mass, size and detail. He faced a number of top talent during his time competing on stage, including fellow legend Ronnie Coleman, with whom he developed a bitter rivalry.

Cutler fell short of the eight-time Mr. Olympia champion in four competitions before finally stripping Coleman of the title in 2006 and winning his first Sando Trophy. After successfully defending his title in 2008, he lost it to Dexter Jackson and regained it at the next tournament. Year. In a recent YouTube video, Jay Cutler shared the “ultimate cardio” training plan he uses to transform his physique for the “Fit for 50” challenge.

He laid out the equipment he liked to use, along with the times and timings of his workouts.

“The Fit for 50 challenge is in the works. What is my ultimate cardio workout?” Cutler said. “Right now, I do most of the different types of cardio, so I do the step mill. I mostly sit and work on my bike, treadmill and elliptical.

“I have all of these things at home, but I like to do something at the gym after my workout. do.

“That cardio will kick-start your metabolism. Now you’ll be able to eat a little more and stretch out. Fits the full effect of 50.”

Earlier this week, Jay Cutler revealed his top three exercises to tone your abs. He emphasized the importance of doing high repetitions of 15 to 20 repetitions and focused on conditioning muscle groups rather than building muscle. He continued his brutal high-intensity leg training for maximum effect.

Cutler’s latest product offers fitness enthusiasts a new way to improve their cardio levels. It will be interesting to see how the workouts help him achieve a beefed-up physique by the time he turns 50 in two months.
