Jason Kelsey has revealed that his wife Kylie imposed certain rules on him and his family in order to keep them in check.
During the interview Chris Long and the Green Light In a story published on Friday, the former Philadelphia Eagles center claimed that Kyrie wants to train three days a week to “handle” him. Kelce and Long discussed the effects exercise has on the body, and the Super Bowl champion explained why his wife is so keen for him to stay in shape.
“She just did this, and she said I have to work out at least three days a week or she doesn’t want anything to do with me,” Kelsey said. Long added that football players are used to “a certain amount of exercise,” which affects their dopamine and mood throughout the day. According to Long, he’s “hard to handle” if he doesn’t work out, and Kelsey couldn’t agree more.
“That’s why she implemented this rule: When I exercise, I feel great,” Kelsey continued. “I’m better with my kids at home and I’m a better person. And when I don’t exercise, like you said, I feel like I’m not as productive that day and I’m missing out on something.”
Kelsey and his wife were married in 2018 and have three children together. They’ve talked about the possibility of having a fourth child, and while they’re not in a rush to have kids just yet, they’re prepared just in case.
“We’re now dressing our youngest in clothes that we bought for our first daughter, so she’s wearing a lot of hand-me-downs,” Kylie says. said Strategist last month“Hanna Anderson pajamas will last forever. I still have a few packed away in case a fourth pair comes out.”
