I’ve been walking with a weight vest for 5K every day — here’s what happened to my body

Weight vests are a great way to add strength to your workout. Choose a weighted vest for some of the best ankle weights while walking, as ankle weights can put unnecessary pressure on the lower body joints.

That said, I never exercise on a weight vest, so I wanted to soothe myself with a 5K walk every day. And so I bought the basics Adjustable Weight Vest from AmazonI tied it down and walked. This is what happened.

What is a weight vest?

The weight vest is exactly right. It can be tied to the chest like a jacket to add weight, increasing the amount of resistance you experience during training. During a walk or running, it may make you feel heavier, and it can make movement more difficult during strength exercises.
