The fitness fanatic also revealed that Ivanka, 42, isn’t shy when it comes to lifting weights, heading straight for the squat rack, and revealed how frequently the blonde beauty diets to stay in shape.

The coach revealed that when Ivanka came to him, she wanted to get in shape.
Sandy said, “Ivanka It’s great because she’s learning how to strength train while still being herself, which is really amazing.”
The trainer, who has been in the industry for over 30 years, revealed that he’s tried all the trendy training methods, but what has worked best for him has been basic training.
She revealed that Ivanka always sticks to the same five-part workout routine, adding that she lifts more or less weight depending on her goals.
“The movements are always the same: deadlift, back squat, hinge, press and pull-up,” Sandy revealed.
The deadlift is one of the most functional and fundamental exercises in which you bend over and lift a weight bar up and back up again.
Back squats, also known as barbell squats, are performed by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and squatting down while holding a weighted barbell at your upper back.
To perform a hip hinge, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and push your hips and butt back as you hinge forward until your torso is parallel to the floor, pause, then return your hips to the starting position.

Speaking exclusively to DailyMail.com, Sandy detailed the five-part workout routine that keeps the mum-of-three in tip-top shape.

She said the former First Daughter was an expert at controlled squats and trained for an hour four times a week.
She explained that the amount of weight the blonde beauty lifts varies from day to day and depends on her body composition goals, but revealed that she always urges the A-lister to lift her own weight.
Sandy didn’t specify how many repetitions people should do, but said she sets “minimum strength targets” for her clients, including Ivanka.
She told DailyMail.com: “The minimum strength goals I aim for with my clients are five strict push-ups, two strict pull-ups, a bodyweight barbell back squat, a bodyweight barbell deadlift and one 45lb barbell overhead press.”
Sandy said that every day he spent with Ivanka consisted of strength training, adding that if the blonde beauty wanted to train for five days, she advised her to do something fun, like yoga.
In addition to strength training, the trainer revealed that she often gave Ivanka advice about her diet, particularly about how much protein she should eat.
“I don’t want women to starve, I want a constant flow of protein in their bodies,” she told DailyMail.com.
Sandy says she tells her clients to “have 20 grams of protein every two to three hours.”
Ivanka previously showed off her enviable physique, which she’s sculpted with the help of Sandy’s expert tips, in a workout video in which she donned skin-tight leggings.

The former first lady was a squat expert, training for an hour four times a week, she said.
