When asked what kind of exercises she does to stay in shape, she revealed that like many idols, she enjoys pilates.
However, she surprised the staff by showing off her “breathing method” as one of her exercises!
Yuna gets the most out of her walks by focusing on her breathing.
Breathing doesn’t feel like exercise. Just breathe. It’s not just about walking. Exhale while walking.

It’s hot outside, so everyone is just lying at home, right? But that would leave you helpless.

She does this to get out of the cycle of watching TV, sleeping and using her cell phone.
