Teen Mom star Ryan Edwards’ Tennessee rehab facility has been offering meditation classes, group therapy and gym sessions since his release from prison, The Sun reports exclusively.
Ryan, 35, appeared at Sessions Court in Hamilton County on July 14, where Judge Gary Stearns ordered him released to rehab after serving nearly four months of his one-year sentence.
Ryan was officially released from Silverdale Correctional Facility on July 18 and will serve 28 days at Kadath Rehabilitation Facility in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
The US Sun has exclusive access to photos of Ryan’s rehab center.
The facility is a one-story building just a few blocks from the courthouse.
According to the Cadas website, it offers meditation and relaxation classes, small group therapy, one-on-one counseling, gender group counseling, therapeutic activities, motivational interviewing, life skills workshops, substance abuse videos and lectures, relapse prevention workshops, weekly care plan reviews, and more.

The Cadas website says: “While the 28-Day Adult Residential Program focuses primarily on treating alcohol and drug addiction, it also addresses other areas of an individual’s life affected by drug use: physical, emotional, mental, familial, social, and more.”
After completing the program, Ryan will enter the Oasis Halfway House in the basement of the facility.
The Oasis description reads: “Many clients recognize the need for additional support during treatment.

Ryan was originally sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in prison at Silverdale Detention Center in April.
He has been to rehab multiple times over the years, including after his 2017 wedding to his now estranged wife, Mackenzie, and in March 2023.
Ryan’s day in court
The US Sun exclusively reported on his hearing on Friday.
Kadath’s representative told the judge that the bed would be available on July 18.
Judge Stearns said he deemed Ryan’s more than 200 pages of medical records “disgusting.”
He said, “He’s going to need help underlining things.”
A representative from the facility said: “We’re going to have some kind of treatment plan. He can go there and then go to a half-house called Oasis. They live there. He’ll also get an injection.”
Judge Stearns ordered Ryan to have his hair follicles examined to ensure he was clean before giving him injections to control his opioid addiction.
Attorneys for the prosecution wanted to make sure Ryan was stuck in rehab.
A representative from the rehab facility said he was not allowed to leave unsupervised at any time during the 28-day program.
Ryan’s lawyers later said Ryan was in contact with his children, Jagger, 4, and Stella, 3, because he “wanted to talk on the phone.”
Prosecutors said Ryan’s estranged wife, Mackenzie, “understands the importance of communicating through Ryan when the children ask about him.”
A judge agreed to lift the restraining order so the children could communicate through her.
Judge Stearns ruled, “I’m giving you a furlough. It’s time to join the program. This is your last chance. You need to do everything you can. If you violate rehab, if you leave, you’ll be charged with escape and you’ll get a series of sentences.”
“I wouldn’t want to be detained for two or three years if I could get treatment,” he concluded.
He is scheduled to return to court on August 14th.
plea for rehabilitation
Ryan appeared in court on Wednesday, June 7.
Ashley’s Reality Roundup Kadath representatives reported that they sent Ryan to a rehab facility once the bed became available and asked him to begin bivitrol injections to curb his opioid addiction.
The US Sun reported on Ryan’s April 20 hearing on the four charges.
Ryan was initially admitted to rehab on March 16 and discharged on April 3.
The state attorney summoned a police officer to testify at the hearing, and the official described Ms. Ryan’s April 7 arrest for DUI and controlled substance possession: “I was dispatched for a white man in a white pickup truck who was unconscious and unresponsive. The car was moving.
“The truck hit the driver’s side curb. The curb stopped the car. It was just Mr. Edwards. He was unconscious and unresponsive.”
“There was a fire. They used a lockout kit to break into the vehicle. He was placed in a medical facility and did not regain consciousness until given Narcan.”
“There were two little bags above Mr. Edwards. White and blue powder and crystals.”
“He has a drug problem. He had the opportunity to seek rehab and failed to do so. He was there for two weeks. He left the facility against the advice of staff. Staff were trying to keep him there. He was ordered to detain him for 45 days,” the state’s attorney said.
“He somehow got back to Chattanooga and then a block away from this courthouse he hit the curb while he was in his car drinking.
“He could hit people. He is a danger to himself and the public. His choice is to go clean or die. There will be calls for further reform. He wasted the opportunity he had. It is disrespectful and a mockery to the court.”
Ryan’s attorney said: “He’s a drug addict. We all know that deep inside there’s a good person who wants to get out. He’s deeply haunted by drugs.”
“We all want the best for him and the community. We are asking Mr Edwards to be given enough time to be punished and then at some point, not today, to consider what Mr Edwards has done and consider alternatives. We are all disappointed.”
“It’s a small town. We all know each other. We know him. We want him to get better.
They then called the Director of Legal Services and recommended that Ms. Ryan receive monthly injections and enroll in a two-year program.
“He’ll be on a residential program and at some point he’ll get monthly injections. Combined with the treatment he’ll reduce his cravings. The injections alone won’t work. He says he will. He’s going to go into our facility and stay there. Then he’ll go down to an intermediate house, another residence. They’ll do counseling for two years.”
“I’m trying to save you”
“We all know Mr. Edwards and his family. He’s a very fine young man. He’s very talented at what he does. We’ve all seen him grow up. He’s not a bad guy. He just got addicted to hardcore drugs,” the judge added.
“He’s an extreme danger to himself. He died on Broad Street and had to come back to life. You would have died. You should realize that. He’s a danger to the public for using drugs and driving a truck.”
“Rehab won’t work because he won’t try. He needs to grow up, I know that. You have three children. You may have problems with your wife, but you have three children. I’m trying to save your life.”
“I’m going to revoke your probation of 11 months and 29 days of detention. I might send you to rehab one day. Not now. My drug addiction is too strong. I can’t do that.”
“You must grow up and want to save yourself. I am going to do everything I can to save you. If you come across anyone doing drugs in Silverdale, please stay away,” the judge concluded.
