Urban explorer Sean Piper claims the property was left to rot after the owner fell ill and his family was left to look after the house. The interior showed the extent of his hoarding habits.
A glimpse inside the “most packed storage building in history” was revealed, with stuffed birds and rotting food stuffed inside.
Social media users on TikTok were left feeling anxious as an urban explorer led a tour of the grounds. Kent resident Shaun Piper claims the house was left to rot after the owner fell ill and his family was left to look after it. As a result of neglect, the house was reportedly infested with mold and rotting food filled the premises with an unpleasant odor.
Once inside, Sean discovered piles of trash, leftover pottery and taxidermy models, and two cars (including an expensive BMW) left rusting in the property’s driveway. Sharing this clip on his TikTok (@seanurbex), the video racked up over 4,000 views, with users shocked at the condition of the packed house, which had clearly been abandoned long ago. I received it.
Sean said: “The house was so smelly and the fridge was full of moldy, outdated food. Even the canned food had turned black. I couldn’t walk on it or even look at the floor. was. [we were] You’re just walking on a pile of stuff. The house was hidden by a large overgrown and flooded garden near a pond. [It] From the outside it looked very run down. ”
In the video, Sean is seen walking around the kitchen, and dirty bowls and bug traps are visible. He also walks into his bedroom and amidst a sea of messy clutter we see a wardrobe filled with clothing, presumably belonging to the previous owner. The same goes for the bathroom, with bags and boxes spread out on the floor and sanitary products lined up next to the sink.
He also found a retro red Ferrari F40 1987 toy car. Opening this up reveals it has all of its original wrapping and is still in great condition. Two cars are parked in the driveway, covered in green moss, and the insides are covered in bacteria.
Sean said: “The house was handed over to a family and just sat there. I heard the house had been abandoned for about two years, but it seems like much longer to me.” Despite the unpleasant odor, Sean said he wanted to explore the property further because the contents were interesting.
He added: There was a lot of stuff inside…stuffed birds in glass cases and lots of very elaborate pottery. If you look into it thoroughly, I think you’ll find some very interesting things that you didn’t find at first. ”
