Butler shared some of his health tips in the interview. Muscles and FitnessShe says she loves drinking oat milk. “I love Silk Oat Milk,” she says. “I usually drink almond milk, but when I found out about oat milk, I immediately had to try it. Now I mix it into everything.”
As for training, Butler wants to get stronger. “It’s common in the cheer world for girls to not eat much, which is such a shame,” she told Muscle & Fitness magazine. “They don’t give their bodies the nutrients they need because they’re afraid they’ll get too big and not be able to fly, lift or be top class. I personally feel strong and confident in my body and very powerful. For me, being super small doesn’t really matter if you’re strong.”
Butler spoke to Muscle & Fitness about how she wants people to feel about her social media presence: “I try to make TikTok as personal as possible, but at the end of the day, I want people to relate to what I’m doing and see what I’m doing. I post videos of me falling or not completing a trick because I want people to know that it’s okay to not be perfect all the time.”
Butler told Muscle & Fitness magazine that recovery is a big part of her fitness routine. “I know people say recovery is so important, but I feel like I’m in terrible shape,” she said. [at making the most of recovery time]”But recovery is just as important to a great athlete as training. I think the best way to recover is to get a good night’s sleep. And also to eat good food. I treat my body like a car, making sure I’m getting the right nutrients and eating well.”
