👋 Welcome to 5 Things PM! Blue Monday, the third Monday in January, is rumored to be the most depressing day of the year. Although this is just a myth, seasonal depression affects millions of people. There is an easy way to treat it.

Here’s what you might be missing out on during your busy day:
