Sarah uses TikTok to share her gym life, from weight training to meal planning.

Her focus is on achieving a body she’s proud of.

However, skeptics have questioned her, suggesting she may have gone under a scalpel and even undergone surgery.

Her method involved simple dietary changes alongside a disciplined exercise regimen.

“Foods I ate to make my butt bigger,” she said.

These included chicken breast, eggs, brown rice, protein shakes, and avocado.

Her videos have garnered over 148,000 likes, a lively comments section, and a lot of interest.

Some had fully signed up for her buttocks action plan, while others were still unconvinced.

Many more were eager to try it, writing “literally my favorite food”.
