The 56-year-old bodybuilder has been working out in the gym for over 40 years and has an impressive physique.

Lotte, nicknamed the “Iron Lady” by her fans, recently showed off an impressive 42.5 cm gun. video.
One follower called her a “supergirl” and said, “Most men don’t have arms that are 40cm!”

In the clip, Lotte wears a gray tank vest that accentuates her arms, shoulders, and back.
Then do 12 dumbbell hammer curls.
In this video, a follower is seen asking if he can attend the training, one saying he is 50 and needs a training plan.
Lotte has attacked a young fitness TikToker who uses the platform to show off assets rather than fitness.
“I don’t show b**** and a**. I show lifestyle and dedication,” she said clip.
She works out regularly with her daughter and son-in-law as a way to get “quality family time.”
Lotte revealed that she fractured her spine as a child, but rather than quit training, she continues to go to the gym.
The injury caused her arthritis, but Lotte refuses to let it affect her training as it ultimately helps her.
“My workouts have kept my spine strong and so many have worse problems, but the challenge has been accepted.
“I won’t lose,” she said swore.
Lotte loves her body and the way the gym gives her, but trolls lash out at her figure for being “unfeminine.”
She said that femininity is not defined by whether a woman has muscles or not, or by their size.
Lotte Said: “I know a lot of people think I’m ugly and comment. I’ll remove those negative vibes.
“I am who I am and I don’t have to defend myself.
“My kids (all grown up) love me. I’ve been lifting for 40 years. My friends and family love me. My boyfriend says I’m a little princess.” I see it being.”
