The aging pensioner, who was a bodybuilding legend known for having the greatest physique of all time, has revealed a simple trick for stunning muscles.

In his prime, Frank Zane was the Goliath in the world of weightlifting, and the veteran still reveals to fans a secret he still uses today.

The gym icon has a meticulous physique that has defeated the coveted Mr. Olympia three times.

He is also considered one of the most prominent bodybuilders of all time.

Nevertheless, the 80-year-old has always focused on improving his training efficiency and maximizing his workouts and diet.

Frank told Escape Fitness that he has a few simple tricks for maintaining incredible muscle.

He said: “I always stretched between sets.

“I don’t think many people do that.

“When I’m doing a set, I’m focused on contracting my muscles, but when I’m stretching, I’m stretching my muscles.

“So it kind of completes and keeps the blood in the muscles as well.”

The weightlifting veteran also argued that off-season training is key to staying in top shape.

But Frank also said that success in the gym depends on having good prospects.

“I think the perfect physique is a physique that has really great proportions where everything matches, nothing stands out, everything blends together.

“I worked up to 1000 reps a day and my abs got really deep.

“Then my back, I did a lot of back work to bring out a lot of definition in my back.”

Another highly decorated bodybuilding veteran revealed the tricks he used to gain an edge over his opponents.

Amateur lifters were also stunned after the 50-year-old was seen moving huge weights during intense training.
