I’m a personal trainer but don’t like working out

Speculation that stars like the Kardashians have reversed the BBL may have fans wondering if the plastic surgery trend is coming to an end.

One personal trainer seems to think so, telling the US Sun that there are better ways to tone your butt naturally.

Sierra Nielsen, 37, is not a fan of the dramatic figure fad.

Despite her career as a personal fitness trainer, she’s not into working out either.

“I’m one of the trainers they know who hate training,” she admitted.

“I didn’t become a trainer because ‘I love working out. I thought I was going to do this for work.'” I knew I had to, so I did.

“I think that’s why I have a very good relationship with my clients,” she said.

BBL Hell

She knows working out is hard work, but she’s happy to do it. And she thinks it’s a problem that she continues to obsess over Brazilian hip lifts to create big butts.

“Are we just going through the BBL boom because we don’t want to work or put in the effort?” she said.

She advises thinking twice before tackling ever-changing beauty standards.

“Even though you know BBL is very dangerous, it’s really dangerous to go for a drastic change in body shape,” she said.

Additionally, while surgical adjustments can be permanent, or at least until painful or expensive recovery occurs, the body tends not.

“I feel like we’re nearing the end [BBL] “Every decade there is a new trend,” Sierra added.

“I think we need to talk about that. Your body is not trending.”

Sierra shared her top tips for getting a bigger butt naturally and stressed the importance of building muscles, including your glutes, for health reasons.

“Having glutes usually means having strong glutes when growing naturally,” she says.

“That’s the foundation of your body. If you have strong core and glutes, you can do almost anything.

“My focus is on embracing all the different patterns.

“My favorites are squats, deadlifts, hinges, lunges, split squats and step-ups,” she said.

If you’re looking for a trainer to help you plan your workouts, Sierra cautions against trusting them just because they’re in good shape.

“Just because you look good doesn’t mean you’re qualified to give advice to other people,” she stressed.

She said it’s important to find someone with experience and a passion for health.

Finally, she spoke of her hopes for body positivity within the fitness community.

“I think we need to go back to the realization that all breeds are beautiful,” she says.
