A fitness fan reveals what it feels like to leave the gym.

She made the perfect comeback to trolls who criticized femininity by showing off her post-workout style.

She rocked a pair of skin-tight brown leggings and paired it with a white T-shirt.

The text “Stop lifting heavy things” appeared on the screen, and criticism from trolls echoed.

More of the text “Be a woman” is read aloud, suggesting that those who hate weightlifting consider it masculine.

Next, the fitness fan stripped out of her workout clothes to reveal herself.

“I’m outside the gym,” she added, showing off her post-workout look.

Alisha wore a white top, a green cardigan, and a glossy midi skirt.

She completed the look with open-toed high heels.

The video attracted many viewers who shared their thoughts in the comments section.

“They’re mad that you’re stronger, keep it up,” one person wrote.
