One woman narrowly avoided a wardrobe malfunction while training at the beach.

The gym girl did a few pull-ups in a bikini before realizing she was in trouble.

Logan (@a_life_with_logan) shared a workout video with her TikTok followers.

The fitness influencer wore a bikini top and skirt and performed calisthenics on a bar to improve her upper body strength.

Her workout routine was impressive, but by the few sets of pull-ups in her workout, she felt like her top was starting to slip.

She fell off the bar, grabbed the top and laughed.

“My wardrobe almost broke down,” she said, adding the hashtags #beachworkout and #fitgirl.

People received comments sharing their thoughts about her near-accident.

Other gym girls shared similar situations where they were barely avoiding exposure with others.

Moria (@mkcfit) said she decided to give up training for the day and head to the locker room when her bra came off.
