The super fit woman has revealed her incredible skills on the pull-up bar.

Viewers were stunned by her strength, but worried that her stunts would cause injuries.

Sherane Abdelhadi (@Sherein Abdelhadi) was hanging from a barbell.

“Plate flip challenge,” she said video.

She stabilized a 10-pound plate on her leg and tried to flip it over while hanging.

After six failed attempts, the fitness challenge was clearly not for those who get discouraged easily.

Sherein shattered misconceptions when he successfully flipped the weight plate by the seventh attempt.

“My shins hate me after this,” the gym-goer added in the caption.

The video went viral and attracted viewers who shared their thoughts in the comments section.

“Don’t you hurt your shin?” one asked.

“They are holding up,” Sherein replied.

“Miss, why?” added another. “But it sounds like you had fun.”

“I did. I don’t always have a ‘purpose’ for this, but I love trying new things and seeing what I can do,” the gym girl replied. .

“I don’t know who says girls aren’t strong,” a third commented. “You inspire me.”

“Now I know why Jim’s plates are always broken,” said another.

“My shins are so sensitive that one attack took me into hibernation for 10 years.
