A fitness pro turned her followers on the right and wrong of workout leggings.
She demonstrated a “stretch test” to prevent women from buying and wearing the wrong workout pants.
“Let’s Talk” Cathy Ho (@blogilates) in her recent statement video.
She addressed her followers in “dangling” leggings that she constantly adjusted.
According to Cassey, workout pants should fit snugly around your hips and legs. If not, you have a problem.
“When exercising, leggings should not hang down the crotch or buttocks,” she declared.
“And they should never slip. The truth is, not all leggings are created equal.”
But Cassey has a trick that helps you avoid the wrong ones. It’s a “stretch and recovery test”.
First, she took out a long tape measure and lined up the top of her leggings next to it.
She pulled each side of her hips “vigorously” for 30 seconds.
When you do this, the bad pairs will grow and expand at the top, while the good pairs should not move at all.
If the leggings don’t stretch, they stay on your body.
Cassey wore a good pair for the two-hour run, with bottoms “barely down.”

Excited shoppers took Cassey’s tip and were delighted to find her work.
“All yes on this one. I’ve been window shopping for the site and hope to finally get some leggings. They are very durable and look great.” A Passionate Woman wrote:
Another woman commented, “Oh, thank you so much!! I know she struggles to get dressed while working out.
One honest viewer commented, “I thought it was just me. It feels good to know it’s just leggings.”
