A doctor has revealed that taking a cold bath or shower can improve your overall health, leaving you looking as well as feeling rejuvenated.
Dr. Poonam Desai recommends adding a quick soak in cold water or a cold shower to your daily routine for a variety of amazing health benefits.
The American doctor said that exposure to the cold can increase collagen, reduce wrinkles, keep stress levels low, reduce inflammation and even improve the quality of your sleep.
