A woman diagnosed as a narcissist and sociopath has revealed a distorted inner monologue that tells her to harm others because they deserve to be “used and exploited.”

The woman, who goes by the name Delta, shared a video explaining what happens to her mind when she is emotionally triggered by feelings of helplessness, which she calls “the thing that hurt me the most.” is.

She has previously said that her past experiences may have contributed to her diagnosis, alleging that she was sex trafficked for years until she was 10 years old and frequently raped.
