Brock, now 63, has struggled with dieting and weight loss all his life. So when she was a big 6-0, she decided to take a step back from things and eat normally without following any of her plans.
But by doing this she gained 30 pounds and it bothered her.
It wasn’t until she saw a photo on social media of Megafit Architect Joan McDonald, 76, that Brock decided to turn things around. Brock signed up for a macro-based program in 2020 because he was inspired by the McDonald’s story.

She trains six times a week, with an emphasis on weightlifting, and boasts that she weighed back to 120 pounds at her wedding in her early 20s before taking the stage at one of her shows.
“I used to exercise, but I never pushed myself out of my comfort zone and I was in a rut with what I was doing,” Brock explained. “I want to prove that stereotypes aren’t true and that women can do whatever they want at any age.”
