The ONE bodybuilder has long been motivated by friendly competition from his very buff grandfather.

Tom (@tomseed) may be a prominent TikTok fitness influencer with over 75,000 followers, but commenters say their grandfather still has the upper hand.

“Dave’s biceps are insane!” Seed wrote one posedown video.

“Dave will be competing tomorrow for the Over-60 Mr. UK Bodybuilding title,” TikToker said in a description.

“Who won??” he asked.

“You’re making progress, but Grandpa is still… the law….” said one commenter.

“There’s a reason Grandpa starts with ‘Grandpa,'” said another.

“Is that even a question,” said another commenter.

“Never give up on the young. It’s clearly in your genes.”

Quoting anabolic steroid slang, one viewer said, “Grandpa, you’re in gear.”

“Brothers pull all the old women in the church,” said another.

“Grandpa almost has an 8-pack,” said another commenter.

“Okay, silly!” Seed replied.

But David isn’t the only Jim Rat grandparent to get some social media attention because of his youthful physique.

Andrea Sunshine is a 51-year-old granny from London, but the blonde bodybuilder still gets a lot of attention from young men.

A physique like hers is achievable by most women her age, she said.

“If a woman isn’t happy with something, she has no choice but to blame herself for it,” Sunshine said.

“Women who complain about looking older are only to blame themselves and should be more committed to their workouts.

“It’s all about attitude and choice. Working out improves your quality of life, both physically and mentally.”

That’s why she says she works out at least six times a week and never lasts longer than three hours.
