The 11-time bodybuilding world champion is redefining fatherhood time with young fans calling him the “standard” of the sport.
70-year-old Russian bodybuilder Aleksandr Yashankin continues to break records, entering the latest regional competitions to impress fans and judges.
This week, Yashankin shared highlights from his latest win, Instagram: “The long-awaited 40th jubilee victory in the championship and cup of Russia!”
“Maybe someone wants to break the record?!” Yashankin wrote in Russian.
Some admirers called Yashankin’s achievements “impressive and stereotype-breaking”.
“Congratulations San Sergeich!!! No one in this universe will be able to repeat that,” one person wrote in Russian.
