After turning 50 and changing his look, the bodybuilder became a household name, gracing magazine covers and garnering a large following on social media.
Fitness enthusiast and former Mr. Olympia runner-up, 60, Rich Gaspari, 60, shared a photo of himself during his transformation 10 years ago, urging his 904,000 Instagram followers to never give up. Told.

“I can always improve! Age is just a number!” he said.
Gaspari may have improved himself at 50, but he was no beginner to bodybuilding.
In 1986, 1987 and 1988, Gaspari won second place in Mr. Olympia, a coveted contest among bodybuilders.

Gaspari is still active and encourages others to challenge him by demonstrating his exercises on Instagram.

The video showed Gaspari resting his feet on two separate samurai mats.
He squatted down with a dumbbell in his hand.
“Sumo squats are the perfect exercise to do that,” he said in the video’s caption.
“As you can see, I’m standing on two platforms to stretch.”
Gaspari said he repeats it 20 to 30 times.
He didn’t say how many sets he does or how much weight he can comfortably handle.
Fans of Gasperi left messages of support in the comments section.
