After more than 30 years, the legendary bodybuilder, Rusty Jefferscontinues to outperform himself on and off stage.
An expert with the American International Fitness and Bodybuilding Federation (IFBB), he has shown his followers that his very toned physique has improved since posing in 1991.
Jeffers began bodybuilding at the age of 12 and began his competitive career just two years later.
He earned his professional status at the 2004 Masters National Championship.
The iconic bodybuilder remains active on social media, keeping fans up to date on his gym sessions and progress.

His followers, especially at the age of 58, were stunned to see his over-the-top muscles pumping blood vessels.
“The definition of a purely muscular athlete body, it inspires your focus!” commented one.
“I want to be like you!!!!!!” shouted another Instagram user.
and another post, Jeffers shared a snap of the past, writing, “#flashback to 1991!” in the caption.
Even in a grainy black and white photo, I was able to capture the curves of his massive body.
“It goes back to when bodybuilding was an aesthetic,” noted one of his followers.
With these two images, Jeffers seems to have proven that muscle can not only be maintained, but even grown, as we age.
In fact, the only noticeable difference in his physique seemed to be the fact that he traded his long ’90s locks for a bare head and bushy mustache.
He was certainly skeptical that years of his intensive training regimen had paid off.
