The 56-year-old fitness influencer has shared her top three exercises for achieving a defined butt.

Best of all, it doesn’t require any expensive equipment and can be done in the comfort of your own home.

Nikki (@nikiwibrowfitness) shared the workout video with over 160,000 TikTok followers.

The wellness content creator explained that she can “stay healthy and in great shape well into her 50s” thanks to some effective exercises.

It started with a low touchdown, and the blonde, wearing a sports bra and light purple leggings, reached for the ground in a lunge and easily completed it.

Niki offered advice on how to get the most out of your workouts. “Tighten your support leg,” she said.

Next, she lifted one leg and did multiple squats, which she called single balance squats.

Last but not least, we did a one-legged bridge. Nikki lay on the ground and raised one leg over the other, keeping the small of his back off the floor.

The fitness influencer encouraged all her viewers to add exercise to their routine to improve not only their booty but also their quality of life.

“Prioritize your fitness efforts by adopting a healthy lifestyle and incorporating targeted training that builds and strengthens your glutes,” she said.
