Mission: Impossible The actress spoke openly about her experiences of social anxiety – and how her co-star once gave her advice and gave it a head-on improvement on the March 25 episode Josh Smith Podcast and Reign.

Is it the guy over there who once didn’t give me a job? Is it over there who was mean to me once? Does it live outside of me?
Atwell took part in the cruise Mission Impossible Franchise for 2023 Dead Calculation Part 1and recreates her role as a bounty of 2025 Final calculation. Even outside of the film, Cruise has clearly given her plenty of advice. As she explained, looking at the cause of anxiety that it is “long enough” now we can “have a name.”
“It also allows me to be more containment, not just because I’m completely internally fighting my anxiety,” Atwell said. “And I’m trying to do it now… If I’m scared of something, if I keep watching it long enough, it tends to be no longer a monster under the bed.”

She added that understanding her anxiety can sometimes be “an opportunity to do something about it” by dealing with feelings of loneliness, jealousy or threatening.
“For example, if I go to that person and go “Hello.” Or I go to that person and say, “I’m really jealous of how wonderful you are.” It just tends to dissipate,” Atwell said. “You can call it and leave the devil on the floor with a loud name means it doesn’t live inside me.”
