I’m a fan of indoor walking workouts because I work from home and have a hard time finding time to travel. There are plenty of useful online routines like this 3,000-stage training by Rick Bhullar, but if it takes time, this 10-minute quick by Pamela Reif is an easy way to get 1,000 steps closer to your daily goal.
What I like about this video is getting your arms involved. This includes not only lower body movements, but many overhead movements that increase your heart rate. It’s a super high energy and fun circuit that requires some adjustments and helps skip time. This is what I discovered after trying it out.
