If you’re familiar with the Kardashian brand, it may come as no surprise that Kourtney Kardashian Barker is venturing even deeper into the wellness space.
Kardashian Barker, who founded Pushch 2019, recently released Remher own brand of vitamins and supplements.
Her new venture’s goals are highlighted in her Founder’s memoir On their website: “For the past five years, I’ve been working with doctors and scientists to create gummy vitamins and supplements that use clinically-backed ingredients and formulas to help you live your best life.” I have fulfilled my mission.”
The REM Essentials Bundle includes three gummies: REM Matcha for energy, REM Focus for concentration and REM Chill for stress relief.
They all sounded intriguing to me, so I bought the bundle and decided to give the supplement a try.
And to better understand the ingredients and Lemme’s promises (e.g., improving focus and reducing stress), we spoke with Jen Scheinman, Registered Dietitian and Senior Manager of Nutrition Affairs at Timeline Nutrition. I heard.
I took all three Lemme supplements consistently for two months, alternating between taking each vitamin. Here’s what I thought:
- Lemme focus: Focus supplements have been very helpful to me. When I took them, I often checked everything on my to-do list and was very productive. How the Gummies Are Working for Me I kept a tracker that helped me determine what was going on, and on the day I took my Focus vitamins, I said, “I was able to write two stories today. There may be some truth to this focus!” I wrote it down.
- Rem Matcha: The matcha gummies tasted pretty good, but I didn’t expect it to really change my energy levels. I still had the energy to go out to dinner, but that’s not much of a brand for me. The recommended dosage is two gummies, three times a day, which is far more than you need to take most vitamins.
- Lem Chill: I thought chill gummies would work for me, but they were the least effective. It made me feel more relaxed at times, but it didn’t do much to lower my overall stress levels.
Kourtney Kardashian Barker launches Lemme in September 2022.

“I think she’s done a great job of choosing ingredients that are backed by solid science,” Scheinman says.
“But one thing I’ve noticed is that for many of these ingredients, that particular ingredient is far less beneficial than studies have shown.”
Everyone’s experience with vitamins can vary, but here’s how Scheinman ranks vitamins based on ingredients and dosage.
1. Lemutyl, Stress Relief Gummies
“This was probably my favorite of the three,” says Scheinman.
Main Ingredients:
- Ashwagandha (300 milligrams): Scheinman endorses ashwagandha, an herb that many studies have shown may reduce stress. “She was right on this with dosage.” 200 to 500 milligrams is an effective dose.
- Passionflower, Lemon Balm, Goji Berry Herbal Blend (15 mg): Usually, Scheinman tells clients to avoid supplements containing proprietary blends because “you don’t know how much of each ingredient is in there.” It’s great for boosting energy, she adds.
2. Rem Matcha Energy B12 Gummies
Kardashian Barker’s approach to her energy supplements was praised by Scheinman. .”
Main Ingredients:
- Vitamin B12 (24 micrograms): “It’s a very common vitamin found in many energy supplements,” says Scheinman. is safe to consume and likely helps boost energy, she says.
- COQ10 (20 milligrams): this antioxidant is very important for energy production in mitochondria, says Sheinman. It’s well-studied and can support increased energy levels, but the dose is too low in Lemme gummies. say.
- Organic Matcha Green Tea (50 mg): Matcha is one of Scheinman’s favorite recommendations for energy because it has less caffeine than coffee and has amino acids that work well when paired with caffeine. The amount of matcha is so little that I’m not sure if it’s enough to do anything.”
3. Rem Focus Concentrated Gummies
Focus gummies fell at the bottom of Shineman’s list, mainly due to significantly lower dosages of its core ingredients.
Main Ingredients:
- Citicoline (250 mg): Citicoline is “a precursor to a molecule that is very important. [brain] “If your brain is healthy, your concentration will improve.” Still, the study she reviewed found that citicoline improved concentration at twice the dose of REM. Gummies.
- Lion’s Mane (25 mg): “The starting dose is usually about 500 milligrams for a lion’s mane and she only gets 25 milligrams. This is a far cry from the doses that studies show, and a little more effective.”
- Vitamin B12 (4.8 micrograms): Here, the RDA is doubled, but “unless you’re short of it. [in B12]It probably doesn’t do much to improve your focus or increase your energy. ”
- MCT oil (10 mg): “Some people report improved focus and energy with MCT oil, but clinical studies show that this benefit is greatest when people are on a ketogenic diet.” For some people it may be enough to feel an effect, for others it may not be enough.”
