Warmer weather has prompted women around the world to try new exercise routines to keep their bodies in shape for bikini season.

“Me before Pilates,” she wrote alongside an old photo.
The young brunette stood on a paddleboard wearing nothing but a bikini, so her medium-sized figure was on display.

However, when the frame changed, Brittany left viewers with envy and shock.
“Me three months after Pilates,” she wrote.
She was wearing the same bikini as the first photo, but she looked completely different.
Her chiseled stomach, toned legs, and slender arms accentuated her lean body.
She looked like a supermodel in her cowgirl hat and sunglasses, posing with one leg forward.
Impressed with the results of her new workout regimen, she captioned the clip, “Game changer.”
Viewers admitted that she also changed her diet and alcohol consumption because she had a hard time imagining that she just took up Pilates. I now drink less and prioritize protein and moderation over restrictions.
“Are these photos three months apart?” one person commented, and Brittany repeated that they were.
“This is not what Pilates is all about. It’s probably calorie deficit, Pilates, walking, etc.” Another called out, and Brittany said they were right.
